Our Helicopters
AGL Action Rescue helicopters has the capability to carry a neonatal crib, can transport two stretcher patients at the same time and allow injured children to be accompanied by a family member. Each helicopter is fitted out as a flying emergency room, staffed by highly qualified Flight Intensive Care Paramedics, experienced Pilot and Crew and emergency Doctor's and Nurses for specialist missions such as neo-natal and paediatric tasks.
Aircraft
The Service owns and operates three aircraft across its Sunshine Coast and Bundaberg bases: a Eurocopter BK117 (VH-EHQ), a Kawasaki BK117 (VH-BKV), and a Bell Longranger (VH-ZOW)
